It seems to me that some of the people in IT or product development are not keeping the CEO well informed or maybe there is some fear of keeping her in the loop on everything

I would have to agree that there just doesnt seem to be enough communication between the ceo and her employees.

Taking both problems into consideration I would definitely get the online ordering process taken care of first. If customers can’t get items ordered correctly what good does it do to ship them either the wrong products or too much --- costing the company even more problems

I think that Martha has some kind of chip on her shoulder or something else is bothering her.

The web ordering process needs to be cleared up as well as the customer being able to access their order online by the Description of the object and not by the part #.

By fixing these two problems, the company should be able to save money on transportation fees.

Also, the option to have the customer pay for faster shipping could be added to the webpage and billed to the customer.
