My thoughts for the next episode in conjuntion to the last T13 episode, could be to divolge to the upper management, that communication is key in accomplishing eliviating problems in the company and helping with customer satisfaction by finding the source of the problem and resolving whats needed to move forward in the goals of customer satisfaction of the products and services the company has to offer.

Sounds very interesting. It has a very inovative spirit for all to hear. Somthing I could get into doing myself.
I was introduced to this site by a relitive. I have found it to be a creative avenue fo script writting etc.
