T13Shoppe Episode Three

Continuation of the T13 Shoppe Story "“The Whiners vs the Techy’s”. In this episode, the CEO Peggy, tries to uncover how the new ordering process got so out of hand. You will also begin to see inside the personalities of some of the other staff and how it may begin to create some friction.

If it were me, I don’t think I would have released the new ordering system until the main features were ready --- who set the time line anyway?

Ever notice that no one ever checks these things with the higher ups until there is a problem somewhere.

Something this important needs to have a process developed and someone needs to have ownership. Part of the process involves a roll out plan with deliverables, testing and a management sign off.

The ordering system needs to follow a write requirements process. The process should include rolls responsibilities,timelines, testing proceedures and of course management sign-off. Someone needs to take ownership and manage the project.
